Will I get an invoice detailing parts & labour costs?
Yes, absolutely. At the end of all repairs, all guests receive a fully itemized invoice detailing every genuine part installed, paint materials, and labor costs with total transparency.
Do you only repair vehicles from your certified partner brands?
No. While we are an officially Certified Collision Centre for Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Kia, Genesis, Hyundai, FCA, and Toyota, our licensed technicians repair all makes and models of vehicles.
My insurance says I must go to their suggested shop. Do I have to?
No, you do not. Under Ontario insurance law, you have the legal right to choose your repair shop. Insurers cannot force you to use their preferred vendor, and we work directly with all insurance companies.
Will the repair match the original factory paint color of my vehicle?
Yes, perfectly. Although paint formulas have variants, we achieve a flawless match using computerized color spectrophotometers and blending all adjacent panels in our USI Italia booth.
Do you provide courtesy vehicles or arrange rental cars?
Yes. We coordinate replacement rentals on-site with your insurance provider, and maintain courtesy vehicles upon availability so you are never left without transportation.
What kind of warranty comes with my collision repair?
We provide a written Lifetime Warranty on all collision repairs and paint refinishing for as long as you own the vehicle.
